Wall Street, Volatility, and Reputation

In the past few weeks, the global equity markets gyrated wildly again for the third time in 9 months. Oil, Spain, a slow recovery, Greece, whatever. We thought we should ask those who really occupy Wall Street, "What's up?" More specifically, how are expectations shaped and reshaped on Wall Street; how much of the conversation is a feedback loop and how much is driven by externalities; how do innovation, risk, ethics, quality and safety find balance and harmony in this environment; and is hyper volatility the new norm and how will that impact the street’s reputation?

Featured are Christopher Teas, Managing Director at Southport Lane, LLC a New York City-based Private Equity firm, and Davia Temin, CEO of Temin and Company, the New York City-based crisis & reputation management, marketing & media strategy firm.

Jonathan Salem Baskin, global brand strategist, speaker, and author, moderated the Q&A.

If you want to get an "inside baseball" view of Wall Street, you'll want to listen to this conversation.

Product contents: MP3 audio file (~1 hour) and PDF slides (~8).
